Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Fray Code is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at fraycodeco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue for assistance.
